Thank you for supporting our small business. We're not Amazon or Zumiez. We don't mass-produce gear that ships five minutes after you order. Each piece is made to order or crafted in small batches—carefully, intentionally. So, yeah, shipping may take a little longer, but it's worth the wait. We promise.
How It Works
Each item is made to order (or in small batches), and to keep things running smoothly and sustainably, we ship twice a month—on the 1st and 15th. That means, depending on when you place your order, it’ll ship in the next available batch.

Production Time: 7–14 business days
(Each piece is made with care, so this can vary depending on demand and our production partners.) - Shipping Time (after production):
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days, depending on where you're at
📦 Order Cutoffs & Ship Dates
We ship on the 1st and 15th of each month. Or, if those dates fall on a weekend or holiday, the closest business day. Here’s how you get in on that action:
- Order by the 15th of the month to ship by the 1st
- Order by the 1st of the month to ship by the 15th
If you order after a cutoff, no worries—you’ll just roll into the next available batch, and we’ll get it to you ASAP.
🌍 Where We Ship
We ship from sunny San Diego, CA, and sometimes other locations depending on the product. We currently ship to:
- The United States
- Canada
- Japan
- South America
- Europe (select countries)
Keep in mind: International orders might be subject to duties or taxes based on your country’s rules.

Need it faster? We got you. Just shoot us a message. We’ll do our best to help out. But since each item is made just for you, and we don’t keep stock sitting around, expedited options are a bit tricky. But, hey, we’ll see what we can do!
